Yoga nidra is a fantastic tool that can support many different health and wellbeing modalities. During the course, you will receive both theory and practical tools to help your clients relax, reduce stress, improve sleep and gain better focus and more... It can support you in making a big different for your clients and for you.
After completion of this course you will get a 30 hour Yoga Alliance Yoga Nidra certificate. If you already have a 200 hours Yoga Teaching certificate you are now certified to teach Yoga Nidra!
If you don't already have a 200 hours qualification then it will depend on what other qualifications you have and whether your insurance company are happy to insure you. If this applies to you we recommend you first check with your insurers if you’re insured to lead a guided relaxation.
We have experienced a lot over the years – and what we keep coming back to is how important it is to be authentic, to find “your voice” as a teacher and to have the courage to be YOURSELF when you are teaching! Working as a yoga teacher is amazing – but it also takes a lot of energy – and can be very draining if you are not looking after yourself. (And it’s so easy to not give ourselves that time/attention/selfcare – so in the training we will also put emphasis on how to create space for your own health and practice: to stay balanced and mentally strong!
