Join us for this two-hour workshop with Kat and Melanie, as we explore a simpler, holistic approach to aging gracefully and its deep connection to yoga
. ✨ The Power of Touch Discover how simple techniques like self massage can: • Boost circulation and lymph flow • Stimulate collagen production *Sculpt and tone the face and neck muscles • Reduce stress hormones for a calmer, more radiant appearance
✨ Skin Health and Self-Awareness Learn about skin-care products that truly nourish and why what goes on your skin matters for your whole body. At the same time, we’ll explore practices that support your emotional and physical well-being.
✨ Practical and Embodied Tools • Kat will guide you through skin-care and self-massage techniques to boost circulation and flow of lymphatic fluid as well as strengthening the facial muscles leading to a more radiant complexion and improving elasticity and tone of the skin.
Melanie will share the embodied side, teaching a gentle standing warm-up, flowing movements, and tapping exercises. We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session. This workshop is a chance to reconnect with your body, nurture your skin, and take away tools for healthy aging.
