Yoga Sequencing Courses
Yoga Sequencing is something I feel really passionate about. I love sequencing, it’s so creative and intelligent and fun. In the course I share lots of concepts and ideas to make your sequencing rich and engaging and YOU.

The London course can be attended as a stand-alone course or as an optional module on our 300-hour programme at The Shala.
The Derby course can also be stand alone or part of The Breathing Space 300 hour programe.
