Yoga Sequencing Courses

Yoga Sequencing is something I feel really passionate about. I love sequencing, it’s so creative and intelligent and fun. In the course I share lots of concepts and ideas to make your sequencing rich and engaging and YOU.

I run courses at The Shala in London and at The Breathing Space in Derby

This 3-day course is both theoretical and creative, giving you the tools and the inspiration with which to confidently create your own sequencing.

The London course can be attended as a stand-alone course or as an optional module on our 300-hour programme at The Shala.

The Derby course can also be stand alone or part of The Breathing Space 300 hour programe.

Course Overview

I will take you through what it takes to create intelligent yoga sequences, which work energetically and anatomically. I place a strong emphasis on exploration and creativity, alongside practical building blocks to create a solid foundation from which to work. The course will cover a wide range of topics from alternative versions a pose and transitions to peak poses, inclusivity, and playlists. From the training you will gain:

  • exploration of embodied movement

  • somatic inspiration

  • an opportunity to create your own sequence and receive individual feedback on it
