Yin yoga is a way to unwind and relax very deeply. It is a style of yoga that can be taught as a specific class or as a delicious way to end a dynamic flowing class. Yin practice can also provide a valuable preparation for the more subtle arts of pranayama and meditation.
This course consists of two days live (either in person or live streamed) plus five hours of on demand recorded material available for 6 months to consolidate learning. The course can be attended as a stand-alone Yoga Alliance accredited course or as an optional module on our 300-hour programme.
The environment created by Melanie Cooper on this course, is non-dogmatic and non-judgemental. It provides time for you to step into the yin place of receiving and nurturing.
